Sports Psychology

Our sport psychology trained therapist has obtained training in this field in order to combine her passion for athletics with mental health.


She has over 30 years of experience in team, individual and endurance sports as both an athlete and coach. Her coaching experience and training include soccer, lacrosse, swimming, CrossFit, endurance running, triathlons and weightlifting.


The goal of sport focused therapy is to improve mental focus, set achievable goals, and reduce performance anxiety.
